Tips to Maximize Concentration

1. Clarify Objectives
Know what your goal is clearly before you start. If you aren’t sure what the end result is, the confusion will make it impossible to focus.

8. Read a passage in a book you have never explored. Then try to recite it word for word. Practice this for only 5 minutes a day and enjoy the results which follow after a few months of effort.

9 You can also build your will-power by restraint in your conduct with others. Speak less (use the 60/40 Rule = listen 60% of the time and speak a mere 40%, if that).

10 Unclutter your mind by writing down :
write down any concern you might be having on a piece of paper, next to it write down a date or time when you want to deal with this problem. Writing it down this way will help in uncluttering your mind so that it is free to concentrate on the task at hand.
